Guaranty: We stand behind our plants. If you are not happy with any plant you receive, just contact us within seven days of receipt. We will either replace the plant or refund your purchase price and, if we want the one you're not happy with back, we'll pay the return postage. If a problem should arise more than seven days after you receive your order, we want you to bring it to our attention, we'll try our best to make you happy, but please understand that these will have to be evaluated on a case by case basis. For orders including plants in spike or bud, please understand that no matter how well we pack, these sometimes blast or break in shipment; so -- honor system, please -- we ask that you don't return an otherwise satisfactory plant for damage to spikes or buds.

Privacy, Security and Communications: We send out email notification when we update our plant listings or make substantial changes to other sections of our site. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, just let us know and we'll remove you from the list. [If you are not receiving them, and want to, please let us know that, too.] We do not share, give or sell any information about our customers to any third party, nor is your credit card information ever transmitted by insecure means. If, when you open the order form, you get a message that says the names don't match, you may safely disregard it -- all it means is that our site is hosted on the server to which the certificate was issued. We also maintain a snail-mailing list for our shows and special events. If you live in south Florida and would like to be added to this mailing list, to receive a hard copy of our Schedule of Events 2-3x/year, please let us know.

Shipping Arrangements and Charges: Our normal shipping is by US Priority Mail. Unless special arrangements are made, we will ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays, to fall within the "2-3 day commitment" promised by Priority Mail without leaving plants to languish over a weekend. We try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but to ensure prompt shipping it is best to get your order in by 5 pm on Friday for shipping the following Monday or Tuesday. Shipment should be made to a business address unless someone can be at home to receive the plants. On orders under $50, a $5 handling charge will apply. All orders will be "plus postage," which will be estimated as closely as possible to actual.

Substitution Policy: Supplies are limited, so orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Because many of our selections are limited in quantity, we would like to be able to substitute a similar plant of equal or greater value if we are out of your first choice [second-choice listings are invited], but do not wish to do so without your permission. It will help us if you tell us in your order whether or not you are willing to accept a substitution.

Payment Methods and Discounts: We accept VISA and MasterCard as well as checks or money orders [we do accept cash, but don't recommend that you mail it]. We provide a secure-server order form for your credit card purchases, or you may email, call or fax us with your credit card information. For those preferring to pay by check or money order, we will pull and hold your order for up to one week to allow your payment to arrive by mail. Florida residents and customers shipping gifts to a Florida address must add six percent sales tax. The server will not process your order nor charge your card; we do that only after your order is pulled and ready to pack. I acknowledge orders as quickly as possible, but please be patient -- I'm the only one here who can turn on the computer, so if I'm away at a show when your order comes in, your confirmation will not be sent until I get back.

From our regular listings only -- sales, specials, and plants special-ordered to be in bud or spike may not be counted towards the volume discount; additionally, the entire order must be shipped to a single address to qualify for the volume discount.


No Export: We are not equipped to provide CITES documentation, and provide Phytosanitary certificates only upon special request, at a minumum charge of $40 [actual charge based on actual cost to us]. If you live in a country, state, territory or possession that requires Phytosanitary certificates and do not request one, the shipment is made at your sole risk and discretion. The minumum order for shipments accompanied by Phytosanitary certificate is $300, and you should expect some delay, as we will be at the mercy of the schedule of the inspector who issues the certificates.
